The aim of the Healthvision Festival of Disability Sport Awards is to recognise outstanding achievements, performance and service in a Festival sporting code between 1st February 2018 and 31st January 2019.

• Nominations are now open and close 12noon Friday 1st March 2019

• All nominees must be participating in the Festival under one of the five Festival Sporting Codes.  

• All nominations must be endorsed by the appropriate governing Festival Sporting Code Organisation.
  Contact details are provided in the nomination form. 

• Up to 3 finalists for each award category will receive a complimentary Awards Dinner ticket.

• All nominations must be submitted by email to festival@parafedbop.co.nz 

• The awards dinner is a ticketed event and all athletes and supporters are required to purchase a ticket.
